Overhead Intelligence Receives Its First FAA BVLOS Waiver

JAN 6, 2023 - Overhead Intelligence has been approved for it's first waiver to the FAA's restrictions on beyond visual line of sight operation of drones.

The FAA Part 107 waiver is the company's first attempt in the USA, but the 4th waiver overall including waivers won in Canada.

This first waiver covers operations at Overhead Intel's primary test facility in central Florida and allow the company to further enhance it's BVLOS drone technology.
